  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver in Nairobi covering areas like Sunshine Apartments, Second Parkalnds Avenue etc.

  • Do I need to return my MV Grocery bags?

    MV Grocery bags are our gift to you - you're absolutely welcome to keep or return them to your next Shopper. In any event your Shopper does not have an MV Grocery Bag, MV Grocery will cover any baggage fees at the store.

  • What if I'm not home to receive my order?

    We can help! We're happy to leave your order with a doorman or front desk person if you share this on a delivery note or with your Shopper. Please be aware that we're happy to follow instructions to leave on a front/back porch or another location - however, we are not responsible for your order if requested to do. Also, under no circumstances are we able to leave alcohol without checking the ID of the recipient.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    Yes we have 2 options currently. Standard and Express Delivery and both are chargeable.
